Any other websites that claim to be Hayley's or identify Hayley's in their Contact Us, Terms of Conditions, About Us or any other page is NOT Hayley's.   • Delays with Shipping

  • International Duties or Customs Charges

  • Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. Canada Post or the Postal Service will be responsible once we ship the package.

    Wrong Address Disclaimer:
    It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.

    All items are gently used. Hayley's will provide an accurate description of each item, outlining imperfections to ensure customer satisfaction. Thus, Hayley's will allow returns if shipping damages occur. We will determine case by case if return is justified. PLEASE NOTE, ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER AND INITIAL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

        PLEASE NOTE, ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER AND INITIAL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference.

        IF YOU ARE RETURNING AN ITEM FROM THE UNITED STATES YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CUSTOMS CHARGES. 
        We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

        To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

        To start a return, you can contact us at hayleyshiddentreasures@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

        Exchanging an Item

        You can exchange an item if it has shipping damages. Please contact us first to assess if it meets our criteria. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

        We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

        Damages and issues 

        Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Also note, as many items are are not new, some may contain certain damages and flaws, which will all be disclosed in the item description. These items cannot be returned based on any imperfections present prior to sale, only damages related to shipping or mishandling will be subject to return.

         

        Exceptions / non-returnable items
        Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

         

        Refunds
        We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
